Returns...
Stock
permitting, goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of
receipt of your order Monday to Friday 9.30a.m. - 5.30p.m
(excluding Bank Holidays). Your order will be dispatched when every
item is available. Once your order has been dispatched the delivery
time and cost will depend on the option you choose:

Standard
delivery (£4.95) - Your order will be delivered within 72 hours of
dispatch (not ordering).
NB: For
all packages over 2Kg, we do reserve the right to alter
charges. However, we will confirm charges prior to despatch
should they be different from the above.
·
Express
delivery (£9.95) - If ordered before 1p.m. Monday - Thursday your
order should arrive before 3p.m. the next day. If ordered before 1p.m. on
Friday your order should arrive by 3pm on Monday.
NB: All packages over 2Kg in weight will be sent first class and
therefore will be delivered between 1-3 days from dispatch.
Unfortunately, at present we do not offer dispatch on a Saturday or
Sunday and are only able to accept orders for UK
delivery.

Changed
your mind? Don’t worry!
When you order
from us we want you to be free from worry, so we extend to you our
no quibble guarantee: you can return your order for any reason at
all within 28 days of receipt for a full product refund or
exchange.
How
to return or exchange:

There is
no need to telephone us when sending a return.
·
Simply
click on the button below and print off a Returns Form.
·
Fill in
the Returns Form and enclose it in the parcel with the goods being
returned.
·
The
goods need to be in a perfect and saleable condition and in their
original packaging with all tags and documentation in place. If the goods do not reach
us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original
packaging then your right to a full refund may be
affected.
·
The
parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach
us. We therefore recommend that you send them by registered post,
retaining proof of postage.
·
Goods are
returned at your expense. This does not affect your
statutory rights. If you require an exchange we will,
unfortunately, charge for delivery on re-send.
·
Refunds
will be actioned after the goods have been received back to our
Clifton address below.
We aim to process all refunds within 3 days of receipt.

Alternatively,
you may return the goods to one of our stores where we will be
happy to provide you with an exchange or a refund. Please bring the Packing
Slip you received with the goods as well as the goods
themselves. The
Packing Slip is your proof of purchase, and is needed to process
the return.
Damaged
or Faulty Goods
In
the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or does
not contain the goods ordered please email customerservices@thepodcompany.co.uk
or call 0117 3732564 immediately. Lines are open Monday to Friday
9.30a.m. - 5.30p.m (excluding Bank Holidays).
Cancellation
If
you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at
customerservices@thepodcompany.co.uk or by calling us on 0117
3732564 Monday to Friday 9.30a.m. to 5.30p.m (excluding bank
holidays).You must
do this as soon as possible. If the order has already
been packaged and arrangements have been made for it to be sent out
to you, then you will need to follow our returns procedure outlined
above.

Goods
returned to us that do not meet our returns criteria will not be
processed and you may be asked to arrange collection from our
Clifton shop.
